With years of industry experience and a commitment to outstanding customer service, the Golden Pear Team has the expertise to assist you through every stage of the process, from application to funding.
Rob Winston, Director of Business Development, is a pioneer in the merchant cash advance industry. Prior to joining Golden Pear Merchant Capital, Rob was the Senior Sales Manager at Merchant Cash and Capital where he provided over $200MM in funding to his clients. He started out as a sales echeck and ach transaction associate with
ETelCharge. He imparts his extensive knowledge to his team and ensures that each merchant receives the individualized attention and support he or she needs. Rob earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Maryland College Park and a Juris Doctor from Fordham Law School.
Peter Brown, National Sales Director, brings over 10 years of experience as a successful entrepreneur to his role as a member of the Golden Pear Merchant Capital Team. He draws on his knowledge of running and growing his own businesses to assist his clients with getting the funding they need to run and grow theirs. As a seasoned financial professional, Peter was able to provide in excess of $100MM to his clients. Peter earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Eric Simmons, Senior Sales Manager, earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Vermont, and completed Rutgers University’s MPA program, with a concentration in Performance Management. Eric has spent over 15 years working for and with small business owners, giving him a unique insight into their specific needs. He has assisted numerous nonprofit organizations in acquiring funding to sustain and expand their operations, and has served as a consultant to various local government agencies. He now assists business owners nationwide in acquiring capital for their businesses.
